One of the last things you want to do for your child’s ADHD is encourage it by using stimulants. That is exactly what billions of parents are doing, and the worst part is that they do not even realize it is happening. Medications such as Adderall XR, Ritlan LA, and Focalin XR are all stimulants. One of the only non-stimulating ADHD meds on the market that is been approved by the FDA is Strattera.
But even Strattera isn’t considered to be the best method for treating ADHD. The best non-stimulating ADHD meds are completely natural. It is better to give your child something with no side effects than to poison them with chemicals. First of all, you may be wondering why it is so bad to treat your child’s disorder with prescription ADHD medication.
Simply put, it just isn’t effective enough. Stimulants make everything worse than what it needs to be. Some of the most well-known associated side effects of regular ADHD medication are hyperactivity, nervousness, a tic, dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, headache, and weight loss.
If more parents knew that this is what their medication was doing to their children, even the so-called non-stimulating ADHD meds, there is a good chance they would stop. If the child’s illness is especially advanced, the parents may mistake the side effects as symptoms of the disorder and assume that it is just getting worse without reasonable cause. Very rarely do people think that it could be the medicine that is making their children act the way they do.
As mentioned earlier, the best non-stimulating ADHD medications are natural and are much more affordable. Did you know that some of the medicines physicians are prescribing for your child are actually considered to be very addictive? The stimulants in them make them the perfect street drug. People are selling them on practically every street drug corner in America.
No parent wants this happening to their child. One day they are taking their medication in an attempt to calm their symptoms, then the next minute they forget all about it’s original purpose and use it for something completely different. A lot of parents are unaware that their children are doing this.
If they aren’t using it for something negative, you can bet they are still suffering from the side effects. Regular as well as non-stimulating ADHD meds are one of the most complained about medications on the market.
If you want to change that, the non-stimulating ADHD medications you give your child are going to have to be completely natural. Since your child is still young, you can begin to teach them the concept of taking natural herbs and remedies for good health.
Once you make the switch from prescription ADHD drugs to non-stimulating ADHD meds, you can also tell your child how toxic prescription medications are for their body. They may not completely understand right off the bat, but at least they will know the difference between healthy and safe and unhealthy and addictive.

When the idea of this article came in to my mind, I decided to start with an analogy. When you go for shopping and see different types of products in the racks, do you understand how helpful the products could be? Can you guess the functionalities of a specific product unless you go through the brochure or the user-manual? Once you are impressed with the description written in the product page, you take more interest in the product.
Applying for a job is no way different! You need to market yourself properly to get the job. Your employer does not know anything about you, unless you are an icon! So prepare your resume in such a way that gives your employer a fair idea about you – your abilities, your strengths and your skill set. This would help them judge how helpful you can be for the organization.
Hence, in this case, your resume is the brochure! If the employer likes your resume, they will call you for an interview and you will get a second chance to prove yourself.
So you need to put adequate effort and thought while preparing your CV or resume whatever you call it. Make sure, it attracts the viewer so much that they pick it up readily leaving all other resumes on the stack.
To start off, judge the requirements of the employer carefully; do your homework before you start resume writing. If you are applying in reference to an employment notice or advert in newspaper, magazine or online job board, go through the entire text thoroughly. Read the ‘about us’, job responsibilities and requirements line by line. Once finished, read it for another time. A lot of people do the mistake of scanning online employment notices lightly and often miss the important points.
Having the requirements inspected carefully, start preparing your resume. Highlight the facts about you that are helpful for the employer. For example, if you are applying for jobs in advertising and the advertising agency is looking for a creative person, why don’t you start your resume describing the advertising project that you did in college and how successful it was!
Resume Formats: Chronological, Functional, Combination
Three resume formats are there – chronological, functional and combination. In a chronological resume you list your work experience in reverse chronological order, i.e., the latest work experience is mentioned first and so on. After work experience, educational background is listed in the same way. Chronological resume expresses your career growth.
On the other hand, a functional resume highlights your abilities and skills under the title of various functions you have performed in different organizations. Functional resume is useful when you decide to switch your career – this format helps your employer understand how swift you are at adopting new job profiles.
Combination resume is a hybrid of both of the above mentioned formats. Here employment history is listed chronologically and then the skills and abilities are presented adhering to functional resume writing properties. Combination resume can be useful for those who are changing career and have worked on various industries in past.
Choose the right format for your resume and hit the job market. A well-written resume is the key to successful career.

Fictional histories are products of the imagination yet still based on real past events. The most famous are Dan Brown’s the Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons.
Fictional history is a section of a novel based on real facts but the storyline being an imagination of the author only. It confuses some readers but it is a good strategy to incite interest and gain a following.
It may be based on real past events yet the story itself was revised such that it is still classified as fictional. Fictional history has been made timeless and endearing to all the people. It greatly influences the beliefs formed in the minds of the readers or viewers.
It can be squeezed into a novel or any short story as a way also to inform readers of what happened before. They may be reading something fictional, yet factual at the same time. Some might not be fond of history when reading it straight from an academic book, but will enjoy it more if these facts are inserted in his favorite book.
Fictional history recounts the real events that happened in history while changing some settings or deviating from the real phenomenon to suit his writing. These stories are real but the characters of the said stories are all fictional.
One famous example is that of William Tell, a Swiss patriot. William Tell is a fictional character but his story is based on real life. There is one man who really existed at one point in time who did the things that were recounted in the tale. The author was probably inspired by William Tell that he based his story writing on the Swiss patriot.
Some of these books are turned into movies. The most popular are The Lord of the Rings and The Harry Potter Chronicles. These books are in series of stories and are bestseller books worldwide. Many people have read them and have enjoyed watching the movie versions also.
The Lord of the Rings is one long fictional history whose story has been imbibed in almost everyone’s mind. The Harry Potter may be fictional but it tries to impart real life values that children and adults like will learn from. This book simply is showing that kids can do a lot of things with their mind and power if only they use both in a wiser way.
Merlin is another fictional history which is about famous magicians. Another bestseller book that was subjected to debates is The Da Vinci Code. It was then followed by another best seller book entitled The Angels and Demons. The author Dan Brown tried to weave his own story while inciting passages from the bible. A lot of readers were confused if he was telling a factual or fictional story that he received the ire of the Catholic Church.
As stated earlier, there are many other fictional history books available in the market these days. There are actually millions of them. They have been a part of out lives for many years now. It gives reading a new flavor, and we learn more about the world around us.
Just like the two controversial books of Dan Brown, the controversy somehow did something positive if only because it stirred the people’s curiosity and made them research on their own what is true and what is not.
There are other famous fictional history authors that are famous in the world today. Some of these are Christopher Hart, Conn Iggulden and Bernard Cornwell. Christopher Hart used the pseudonym William Napier and he was famous of his story entitled The Scourge of God aka Attila. Conn Iggulden was known for his emperor series while Bernard Cornwell was famous of the 12 books of European Campaigns of Sharpe.

As you prepare your resume in hopes of acquiring your dream job, keep these tips in mind to make sure you give yourself the best chance of being recognized and hired.
1.Most relevant experience/skills/education first. The order of the information on your resume is different for everyone. It all really depends on your particular education, experience, training, and other background. It also depends on the position you are applying for. You should emphasize your most relevant skills by placing them at the top of your resume.
2.Be specific and specialized – employers are looking to solve a problem by hiring someone. Let them know how you can solve their problem. I know you’re proud of the varied background you have. You’ve done a little of this and a little of that. You think it makes you a more well rounded person and capable of adapting to new positions more easily. Guess what? You’re right. But, most employers will not appreciate a diverse set of jobs and experiences the way you and I do. Hiring managers have a specific job to fill, and they’re going to be stressed about it until they fill it. They need someone who can perform the specific duties required of the position. They’re not looking for a jack of all trades, they want a specialist. So read the job description very carefully and rework your resume as much as possible to make it look like you are the specialist he/she is looking for. Hopefully you won’t have to rework it that much. If you find you are having to, guess what, you’re not the person for the job. Save yourself the trouble of writing and rewriting and applying only to be rejected later. Concentrate your efforts on job openings you are qualified for.
3.Use capitalization/bold/italics sparingly. As a professional resume writer, I can’t tell you how many resumes I’ve seen that have LOTS OF CAPITALIZATION. If you capitalize everything, nothing stands out. Use capitalization only for section headings and maybe your name at the top of the resume. That’s it. Capitalization should be used sparingly to make important points stand out. The same goes for bold and italicized font.
4.Only include relevant information. Resume is not employment history, but an employment summary. Resumes are not supposed to be biographies. No one ever said that your resume should include every job you’ve had since high school. Make sure that the jobs listed on your resume are relevant to the position you are applying for. People with lots of positions should limit the ones they list to the ones which demonstrate skills needed in the new position. Don’t worry about employment gaps. The whole issue is definitely overblown. If gaps in your employment history is mentioned during an interview, simply be honest and say that you held a position that you chose not to include. Say that was a different line of work that you have since moved on from.
5.Spell check and read, then reread. Any basic errors could be fatal to your application. Definitely use the spell-check feature on your word processor before you submit your resume. But also be sure to read it before you submit because some words may not be misspelled (and not be caught by spell-check) but are incorrect grammatically. Then it’s a good idea to reread again after several hours because sometimes we just see what we want to see. Sometimes an incorrect word is right there, plain as day, and we don’t see it because we aren’t really reading it because we’re sure what it must say. This issue is so important because even one misspelling or incorrect word can spell doom for your job chances. Employers typically get so many resumes for each and every open position. This creates such intense competition that employers simply don’t need to accept anything less than perfect. In fact they’re looking for reasons to narrow the field down. Don’t give them such an easy reason to toss your resume.

Fiction is the ultimate passion for many readers in the contemporary world of today. Without the works of fiction, the world of writing and literature would have remained dry and parched without any joy or excitement whatsoever.
Fiction fires up the reader’s imagination:
Fiction enhances your imagination just as it fires up the writer to produce a story out of thin air. What the author does is to conjure up the characters up in his or her mind and weave them into a convincing web of a story. The characters live in the mind of the author, and for them, the author plays the role of God. No character can live a word beyond the author’s imagination and lives just enough to fulfill his or her role in that classic book of fiction.
Fiction – completely in the hands of the author:
Howsoever hard it may be for the author to maintain the complexity of the characters within the story and weave them towards a conceivable end, the ease of reading a novel or a fiction book can be discernable when it lands into the hands of the reader itself. From there begins the imaginative flight of the reader – determining how the characters look and imagining what clothes they wear to how the scenes described in the story look and feel to the human senses.
Fiction books greatly enhance one’s imaginative skills and if the story has a good plot and strong characters then it does wonders to build up a strong sense of imagination in the reader’s mind. This sort of trend is welcome, but stories which draw a negative tendency and draw impulsive reaction from the readers should not be encouraged. Therefore, books that draw upon the positive side of readers and help them cultivate the habit of good reading and positive imagination should be encouraged without fail.
Fiction evolves newer writers:
Fiction inspires new writers to produce their own imaginative work. As most of us will know, the markets are full with works of good as well as bad fiction. Authors like John Grisham, Agatha Christie, Dan Brown, and JK Rowling are amongst the ever green authors today. No one will ever really know when the first fiction book was written or published, but good fiction that kindles the imagination of readers will surely find buyers in an ever expanding market, where it will always remain in demand. For this reason, even readers may be tempted to write good fiction based upon the inspiration they receive by reading good authors and go a step further by becoming good authors of fiction themselves.
