I am writing a fiction novel and I have never really had to address this before and so I’m not sure how to handle it. My novel is written in the third person and my protagonist writes a column in the local paper. I want to insert a couple of her columns into my novel and I’m not sure if I should put it in quotation marks or italics. I’m thinking quotation marks. Any help would save me! Thanks!
