Question: Shouldn’t Yahoo Answers put a Sci fi “science fiction” Category Under telvision?
When posting a Sci Fi television question I couldn’t choose a Sci Fi category had to use animation or something like that

But please don’t call Science Fiction “Sci Fi”. Lol, some of us nerds are rather particular about that.
Question: I need riddles where the answers are “children” or “fiction” and a riddle about “Charlotte’s Web”.?
The title says it all. I need a riddle where the answer is either “children”/”fiction” and a riddle about “Charlotte’s Web”. We are hiding a spider in our drama class in the children’s section of the library behind Charlotte’s Web and whoever finds it gets tickets to the show. And that’s why I need riddles!

Question: Don’t understand! What are people’s motivation for answering Yahoo! answers, when all they have to say is neg
My first experience reading & answering someone’s question was before Christmas, about tipping extra. I was so infuriated by all the rude “Don’t tip at all!” or “Don’t waste money, no one deserves a tip!” I didn’t use Yahoo! answers again until today, when I had a question. Again, the same rude and ignorant responses! I like the idea of of this, but it’s so hurtful and heart breaking to read people’s responses!!!
I had a genuine question about my puppy, and in writing it, I mentioned that she never bites. I got “Your puppy has obviously never been poked or hurt, or she would bite!” So, I re-worded my question and started over. I mentioned that my dog never bites, even when my 2 year old used to pick her up by her tail; I got “I am so pissed! You don’t deserve to have kids or a dog!” Excuse me, did I say I allowed or liked my child to pick up my dog by her tail?! No! I can’t win no matter how I word the question!
I want to give up on Yahoo! answers, even though the idea is great!

dont’ give up on yahoo answers…i find it a great way to find information and learn new thing too..i too hate the negative saracstic responses…so i make sure i add in my question a request for no sarcastic / neg . answers….if i stil get them, i tel the person how i feel.
Question: Why do African American’s generally not tip? This is NOT BEING RACIST, I want just want answers?
Again, I am in no way, shape or form racist. I was a server for 2 years, and 8 out of 10 times I would either get completely stiffed by blacks or get a very small tip after being ran back and forth ragged, sometimes even breaking a sweat for them. I have done a little researching and I am seeing a lot of this – “well, since you think blacks don’t tip well, you don’t give them as good as service as whites, so they don’t think you deserve it” WRONG! I always gave everyone the same amount of service, no matter what nationality they were, and still got stiffed by them. I’m not saying it is only blacks that stiff, I have gotten stiffed by everyone at times, but by blacks WAY more. I was also a top server in every restaurant I worked, literally, when I put in my notice, they begged me to stay.
For the ignorant – Stop with this “get another job if you think you deserve to be tipped” “Restaurants need to pay their employees a real rage so patrons don’t have to tip”
Do you have any idea how much food prices would go up if they pay their employees a “real” wage and how much worse your service would get? Tipping in this country is part of the price of going out, if you can afford to go out and eat, you can afford to tip. If you can’t afford to tip, stay home. Servers remember who tips poorly and if you return, no one will want to wait on you and you WILL get terrible service for whoever gets the “privilege” to , plus there is no telling what would come out of the kitchen to you.
Another thing, if you are one of those non tippers, most servers have to actually PAY OUT OF THEIR POCKET to wait on you. Why? Because most servers have to tip out a percentage of their sales to hostesses, bartenders and bussers. So, if you go out and, say your bill is $ 100 and you decide to stiff your server, the average tip out is around 5%. The server has to PAY $ 5 to wait on YOU.
I won’t write anymore, except for another reminder that I AM NOT RACIST, I am stating a stereotypical FACT. I just want answers and what everyone else thinks and has to say.
I didn’t say all blacks don’t tip, I have gotten some great tips from blacks and I have a lot of black friends that tip. It is a fact that a lot of times, they don’t tip. Colleges have even done research on it, research it if you don’t believe me.

Question: What the heck is wrong with Yahoo Answers!?
I just asked a question titled “I need oral sex tips”. It wasn’t a bad question, not included pictures or a slutty writing style and I just asked it to really get some ideas. But no, Yahoo Answers deleted my question. What the heck?
We read A LOT of things about sex in every magazine, watch everything about sex on tv. Unless you’re a pervert, sex is something normal (it’s natural!) to talk about, share opinions…etc If you’re going to delete questions, what’s the point of open something called Yahoo Answers.
