Question: Can anyone help – Benefit Cosmetics??
I’m thinking of trying out Benefit’s “Non-Fiction” liquid makeup.
There is no Benefit makeup counter anywhere really near where I live, so I would have to order off their website. I was browsing the shades. I’m very fair skin, and I can’t decide which colour would be more suitable for me – Light Beige or Cool Beige (i think that’s what they are called), Volume 1 or Volume 3. Anyway the website is www.benefitcosmetics.com so if anyone has any suggestions please help. Also what you think of this brand?? Thanks.

actually i have never heard of this line…i know i can’t find my make up either in stores in this area and i have to order online…i love bare escentuals…you can order many times cheaper at ebay then the actually site but don’t forget to account s&h in the charges so you can compare… you could at least try there for a break in the cost…
Question: Anyone remember Mausberg?
He was DJ Quik’s protege, and came out in “Down, Down, Down” and various other songs on Quik’s album. He died of gunshot wounds in 2000, but not before he dropped an album “Non Fiction”. What did you think of his album?

I never heard the whole album just a few songs and then mostly on his appearances with DJ Quik. He was talented though, loved his track Mushrooms and Down Down Down

“Wholly boring, not Holy!: Woah! Boring alert! I don’t know if you guys have heard of this book, but it is VERY long and boring. It also seems like a lot of stuff is definitely made up so I don’t know why it’s in the “non-fiction” section. Basically, this man Jesus is amazing. That’s the whole story. But it goes on and on and on unnecessarily! “Joseph begat Abraham, Abraham begat Isiah…” on and on. Some editing would have definitely helped.”

Question by Chewberts: Anyone else think Dan Brown should leave the “fiction” part to a professional?
Recently read “Angels and Demons” and as expected had a hard time finding the desire to pick the book up back up where i left off. He offers great information through his research, great historical references, asks great “what if” scenarios and makes fascinating conclusions. However his prose, storytelling ability, chapter division and overall suspense building is horridly anti climatic. Just curious if anyone agrees he should have employed a talented fictional co-author.

I thought that while reading The Da Vinci Code. It didn’t keep me interested, and it felt as if I was reading a textbook. I never finished it because I was so bored.

I’m relatively good at writing lyrics for children’s songs, but my favourite groups are Nightwish and Within Temptation. Could you give me some hints for achieving the same sort of effect?

Try to write things about pain, struggling, not exactly ‘happy’ moods. Also, use metaphors to darkish objects, like a black mirrors, darkness, blade, night, alone, etc. Like uncontrollable loss.
Or listen to many of Within Temptations lyrics, or even Evanescence.

My homework consists of five questions and science has never been my strong point, so any help would be appreciated..
1. What do we hope adult cell cloning could be used for?
2. Do you consider any of these uses unacceptable ethically?
3. What is most peoples ethical concern over this technology?
4. Cloned super armies make exciting science fiction but is it possible to clone a fully trained soldier?

It’s the final project for our Poetry and Fiction class. We are tasked to interview a local artist and since interviews are not my forte, I’m really having a hard time just writing down the questions. I’m thinking of breaking down the things I’ll ask about into three parts: background, personal life, professional life. Problem is, I don’t how to start or what opening question I should ask. Help!
I am writing a short story for english in the form of a diary, but my teacher said it would be really clever if i was able to put in parts that aren’t written in the diary. does anyone know how to do this and is able to give me an example?
