or just fiction?
It’s Into the Wild, no cut and dried moral. i think i’ll be ok.
If the subject of your article is complex, decide the perspective from which you are looking at it. This will help you avoid contradictions within your writing. Do not allow yourself to sound emotional if the subject is one that evokes a strong response from you. If you consider how to write an article, you will find that the writer is expected to be erudite, analytical and articulate.
1. Decide your statement
Think through the statement your article is trying to make. Were you moved to writing at the mention or vision of something? Rationalise your reactions and find facts to corroborate your feelings. This will help you in your search for how to write an article. The absence of a clear statement by the writer will lead to unfocused rambling writing that neither clarifies a viewpoint nor invites the reader to think.
2. Facts
What is the source of your facts? Different resources will return different numbers based on the type of analysis carried out. Take care that the analysis pertains to your article. Cite the sources you are quoting and consider the context in which the analysis was carried out. Facts that are quoted out of context will face a strong reaction from the reader who has strong views on the subject.
3. Interest
Is the subject that you are considering of interest to a specific audience? Is it a contemporary topic? When you foray into the world of article writing, you will find that the choice of topic must cater to either general or niche audiences.

Most lenders require homeowners applying for a short sale to write a hardship letter. A hardship letter is a written explanation describing why a borrower is not able to make his or her mortgage payments. The thought of writing a hardship letter sometimes causes fear and anxiety in homeowners, but it’s really quite simple and if written properly, a good hardship letter can help a homeowner make a powerful case to their lender.  Certain elements written into your hardship letter can help make your case to the bank while others can hurt your chances of getting a short sale approval. Here are 7 tips to writing a persuasive hardship letter:
Write it yourself. This is your story, only you can tell it convincingly, so make sure you write it.
Explain the events and personal circumstances that contributed to your inability to make your mortgage payments. Examples include: tenant problems, a medical condition or illness, job loss, job relocation, death in the family, divorce etc. Â Also, describe any additional circumstances currently making your financial situation difficult.
Describe all attempts previously made to sell your home either by you personally or through a real estate agent. Be sure to include all previous price adjustments. The fact that you’ve already tried to sell your home helps make a more compelling case to your lender that your financial hardship is real and that you are not just trying to walk away from your financial obligation.
Don’t blame the bank for your financial trouble in your hardship letter. Scapegoating the people that you are trying to convince to reduce your mortgage does not work to your advantage, so don’t do it!
Make sure your hardship letter makes logical sense. More specifically, make certain your hardship letter does not contradict any of the other personal documents your bank is examining as part of your short sale application (i.e. your bank statements, personal financial worksheet, pay stubs, tax returns).
Tell your lender that you want to avoid bankruptcy. If the bank believes that you intend to file bankruptcy, it will be less likely to seriously consider your short sale application.
Tell the bank what you want them to do. Although your ultimate goal in pursuing a short sale may seem obvious to you, it may not be to your bank. In your hardship letter, don’t forget to ask your lender to accept your buyer’s sales contract, approve your short sale application and forgive any deficiency that may arise as a result of the short sale.

Successful article marketers have accepted the fact that article marketing is just one of the many functions that needs to be fulfilled in their online businesses. As article marketing brings traffic, it’s probably one of the most important functions, and should rightly deserve more attention. Without traffic, nothing much happens on the Internet.
Knowing that it’s a job that needs to be done, experienced article marketers make plans to get it done, no matter what happens. The goal is to attract potential buyers. The more articles that are written and submitted, the higher the chances of attracting more visitors to your site. But still, it takes time and effort to think of what to write for the articles, sit down and actually write out the articles, and then submit to the article directories.
Therefore, to prevent burning out from all the article writing, article marketers must have a sound plan on how to carry out these activities consistently. Without consistency, the article marketing efforts will eventually die down, mainly due to burn outs. Also, if articles are not submitted regularly, traffic to the websites will be adversely affected. But for those who are able to keep up the pace and keep those articles produced and submitted, the rewards are great.
One of the best ways to avoid a burn out is to learn how to write fast. If the articles are produced quickly, it leaves the business owner more time to focus on other aspects of the business, such as product creation. Also, writing should be a fun and pleasurable experience. If it takes too long to write just one article, chances are the writer is having some problems. And he or she will not enjoy the writing articles for long. So it’s important that if no ideas are coming, leave the writing for another day. Until when you feel like you have something you want to write about, sit down and write. You’ll find that it’s much easier to complete an article, and it certainly takes less time.
Next, try to improve on your typing speed. The quickest way to improve your typing speed is to practice, practice, practice. Keep typing articles. There is no need to write your articles on paper. Type directly into your favorite word processor, and just let your thoughts and feelings flow. Don’t worry too much about mistakes and just let your fingers do the work. If you find yourself stopping too often to think, you’re probably having some kind of mental block. Take a short break, and come back to the typing again later.
Finally, if you really want to write fast, choose topics that you are already very familiar with. When you write about topics that you love or are very familiar with, you find that you don’t have to spend time to do research. Often, you don’t even have to think much because you already know so much about what you’re going to write about. So if you find yourself getting stumped along the way, try changing the topics and see if it helps.
These tips should help you write more articles with less time. Write and submit articles regularly, and after some time, you’ll find that you have no problems at all coming up with the next exciting topic to write.
