I’m doing an essay and im almost done but the last part of the paragraph needs to be about impulsive behavior from a movie, a book, etc., but im having hard trouble. help please! and give me enough information. thank you
As the title states, my English teacher is quite bizarre. She makes us do some of the most random stuff ever. Anyways, my essay’s thesis is “Humans will eventually kill themselves in the end”. I know of how one examples ties in with this thesis called “The Giver” but I need 3 more examples from each and everyone of you guys to help me out~
I need examples from art, literature, current events, long time-ago stories, anything~~

I have to do a project for my AP English class where we give the definition of a word and then give non-fiction examples.
My term just so happens to be “Apostrophe”.
I have found several examples in literature, but it has to be NON-Fiction, and I’m not really sure what some would be.
Defintion of Apostrophe: a digression in the form of an address to someone not present, or to a personified object or idea.
I have heard people are working on “smart” homes, invisibility cloaks and time traveling. These all used to be displayed as science fiction in literature/media. However, these will one day be science fact. (For example: Traveling to the moon was known as science fiction just 2 centuries ago. But now it is science fact.) PLEASE HELP! I NEED IT FOR MY EXIT PROJECT! I will really appreciate it!
