Question: Our Rights constitute a “Legal Fiction” recognized and practiced by society, is that what Democracy really is?

Here in america we do not have a true democracy, because a true democracy is defined as; rule by the majority. This means if we wanted to revoke the 13th amendment and bring slavery back, then as long as the majority voted for it then it would be so. Same goes for the legalization of murder, rape or whatever you can think of. So what is america you ask???? A Republic. A republic is defined as; rule by law
. And the law is the Constitution. Stand Up and Fight!!

Someone on youtube friend requested me, and its been happening alot. You know those people who add everyone? And they have thousands of friends? Well, thats what someone did to me. So, heres my entire conversation with the guy.

(He replied in a comment, but the comment is gone now) So i sent him a message
“Dude… It was a joke
Calm down. Don’t get your panties in a bunch”
His reply
“Joke or not… you will be charged with terroristic threats as well as a restraining order, I’ve got a P.I. working on this right now.
It may not sound fair for me to do this to you, but I’ve got to make an example out of someone so people know better than to make threats.”
My reply
“Why not contact the president as well? I am just plain terrified! oh please please please don’t do this to me!

His reply
“I’ll consider going to 12 step Cyber Bullies Anonymous, while grinning at the fact I look great in the eyes of the public and knowing I probably scared you with the threat that will be carried out.

My reply
“Oh, and i am suing you for harassment. I have contacted my local police department and told them how you were spamming me by friend requesting me. Thats considered harassment you know. There are several FBI agents on this case as we speak”
I sent another message with that
“I hope you realize that you are being a cyber bully right now. You are threatening to sue me, and charge me with ridiculous crimes which i did not commit. You are trying to scare me, and thats just as bad as cyber bullying. YOU are just as bad as the most cowardly of bullies. You are such a hypocrite. Go back and read the article you wrote. It might surprise you.”
Something must have happend because the last reply is gone. But any ways, I thought it was funny. But i figured i would ask anyways.

If I was to write a book about how larger corporations have stolen ideas from people and then destroyed the inventors reputation are there any legal concerns I should be aware of or does this fall under freedom of speech? An example would be Tesla and Edison and how Tesla was destroyed by the propaganda from Edison. This is a general question in how one can publish such material and if there is any concerns I should have. Only an idea of mine and would like any responses, I plan to use only reliable sources and not as a conspiracy or hack job on a company… thanks!

Simply get online and use any search engine and type in the words “Bylaw Legal Forms” Note: The use of capitalization does not matter as any search engine worth its salt will not limit its search on the web for documents and web pages to fulfill your search to Internet sites which can help you out.
You will be surprised how many pages are out there and available for your use. Now all you have to do is find a bylaw legal form which will be suitable for your non-profit organization and save it to your hard drive. Many of these legal advice sites will have a download option which will save the form directly or you can simply copy and paste the information into any word processor.
Next you modify the bylaw form to suit your needs. That is to simply add a paragraph or delete one from the standard bylaw form which do not apply to your situation. And then of course you will need to fill out your own personal information to personalize the bylaw form.
Next you just need to print out the form and to make it official there should then be a vote or review by your non-profit organization’s board of directors or officers and then a signing of the document.
And that’s it! Your non-profit bylaw form is complete. If you want to go the extra step you can then get the form notarized which is not very expensive at all. Especially when you compare the cost of a public notary to that of an attorney. The hundreds of dollars you will save can be put to much better use I am sure.
