Here in america we do not have a true democracy, because a true democracy is defined as; rule by the majority. This means if we wanted to revoke the 13th amendment and bring slavery back, then as long as the majority voted for it then it would be so. Same goes for the legalization of murder, rape or whatever you can think of. So what is america you ask???? A Republic. A republic is defined as; rule by law
. And the law is the Constitution. Stand Up and Fight!!

wtf is wrong with society today?

Question: wtf is wrong with society today?
im no old man or anything but i think society is sucking right now, today i looked at a “MAXIM” magazine and read an article that read “foolproof ways to cheat and not get caught” if my memory serves me right, and i thought that the article was a piece of $ hit that sprang from hells sewers. it gave some “tips” on how to cheat on your partner, how to cover up everything. i remember a quote on the article from a girl that was having sex with a dude outside of her relationship, while the boyfriend called her to make arrangements for dinner together that night, the girl touched the lover’s thigh to signal him to stop pounding her as she talked on the phone and the guy kept going but at a slower pace. the girl said “i was trying hard not to moan….the sluttiness of it all was actually pretty hot” i mean, humans have cheated since the dawn of time but for fukks sake why would they write that kind of $ shit on a magazine for everyone to read and a lot of young people read that magazine, and besides cheating, girls as young as 15 are involved in polygamous relationships. what do you guys think about this? im 20 btw

But I think karma will kick in… I hope that the people who wrote that article get cheated on by their husbands/wives and lose everything.

Individual who have the zeal of serving the society and look for betterment of the community around them should know more about non profit organizations to fulfill their dream of giving some thing back to society. There are few things to be understood by volunteers to make a mark in Non Profit Organization arena.

Individuals who want to be part of social service organization, first they need to understand the meaning of Non profit organization and nature of goals. Basically Non Profit Organization is an Organization that acts as a helping hand for the society and in return not aiming profit for their service they have provided. As nonprofits should not be considered as one of the alternative business form for fund raising, doing the same the organization cannot be categorized as nonprofits.

Organization formed by group of friends or family members can be informal nonprofit organization. To be known as genuine non profit organization world wide, you need to set up mission for your organization and with the intention of serving the people with social service activities. There are many developing nations were social issues like poverty, education, medical care, rehabilitation for child, child labour and senior citizen welfare are still prevalent. To handle these social issues efficiently and with confidence, NGOs in India are stepping in as a resource for underprivileged slums by organizing various activities like spreading awareness programmes, rehabilitation programmes for child, education programmes for children, medical and health care programmes.

Non profit organizations in India are not directly motivated by itself because it’s mainly based on the motivation factor of the individuals who are working for the organization. Many NGOs in India had tasted its success only through the assistance provided by the government or by the foreign donors. Its responsibility of social service organization or non profit organization to unite people who share the vision of a developed India at the same time to give back something to the society which we are an indispensable part of.

Accordingly, the borderline between fantasy and science fiction is blurred, and many bookstores shelve science fiction and fantasy together. The science fiction genre has a strong fan community of readers and viewers, of which many authors are a part. In reading science fiction books, abstract concepts such as mutations, radiation, space travel and planets are experienced.

Although science fiction is often written primarily to entertain, many authors use the genre to provide insight into science, society, or the human condition. But science fiction is visionary by design and prophetic only by accident.

And yet the strange thing is, in some way, some real way, much of what appears under the title “science fiction” is true. Science fiction has ad a role in shaping public attitudes towards the atomic bomb during the fifties and sixties. Modern consciousness therefore is radically different from that of the peoples who inhabited the planet before the emergence of science fiction.
